45 Years ago, we opened the first “AJI NO TOKEIDAI”at Susukino Sapporo after intensive training.　Since then, we have succeeded expanding our Ramen Restaurant locally and internationally.　This restaurant has become popular to everyone, from local customers to Japanese and overseas tourists.
Although there have been changes in surrounding environments and people’s lifestyle since the opening of the first “AJI NO TOKEIDAI”, enthusiasm for “a taste of ramen" has never changed.
